Never used Logoff All before. Gave it a try. Found something different than Marc.
The users were logged out of CS32, got the red icon, and the button changed to "allow".
Started Comet.exe and got a CometNetServe connect error. See screen shot 1. However, Comet proceeded to load and I was able to run programs. See screen shot 2.
