That button is for control of remote users only. Since you are the local user you should be able to control whether you are are allowed to reconnect or not :-). Check the count on the 2nd screen shot you sent. Only your local users were allowed to reconnect. The error you saw was to let you know remote users could not connect. Your cfig includes a type "C" server which is for CFAMNetServe (remote users).
