CED does not use the Full Scan Codes, it uses the Partial.
How does CED do what?
Since CED help can be configured to multiple flavors, it simply re-writes the link in the #HELP files (kind of a self installer). All the help dialogs of CED are using customer help programs. The 503 help (the classic) is actually based on the Nova code but has been greatly modified to allow formating.
Maybe I need to read this thread again because I am not sure I understand your problem? Maybe the solution is too simply obvious?
