Unforunately Yes. I have one customer where the users get locked out of Comet due to something. Doesn't happen to all users at once. They slowly bomb out as they reach some point where the server connection fails.

Three kinds of restart and success rate.

1) reboot the PC and restart Comet - 20%
2) restart CometServices - 50%
3) reboot server - 30%

Small Business Server 2003 SP2. Happens about once a month.
