My COSW.INI:

My environment:
TEMP=C:\DOCUME~1\justinr\LOCALS~1\Temp
TMP=C:\DOCUME~1\justinr\LOCALS~1\Temp
Run Comet, print anything to HTML printer, check the URL on the browser that opens.
For me, the page I just printed shows this:
