I ALWAYS get the user's temp folder no matter which call I make. I am using xp pro sp2.

My environment vars are as follows:
User variables
TEMP -- %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
TMP -- %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp

System Variables:
TEMP -- %SystemRoot%\TEMP
TMP -- %SystemRoot%\TEMP

I stepped through the code in COSP and sure enough it DOES call GetTempPath ...

What's with that?
