I will check tomorrow...
However might I propose that the real question is...
Are you really sure COSP is using GetTempPath ...

From my testing results, it sure was not behaving the same.

All the tests I did indicated COSP was stubbornly using the WINDOWS TEMP value.

Which would be the last one GetTempPath would be returning USER TMP, WINDOWS TMP, USER TEMP, WINDOWS TEMP.

Even your testing says GetTempPath returns the user value.
Have you been able to replicate the problem?
Are you saying that when you print to an HTML printer the path to the file in the address bar does not point to windows temp ?

like...C:\WINDOWS\Temp\HTML28.htm

Or am I not understanding the test Justin did and I replicated.
I was understanding that the goal is not to have these files end up in windows TEMP, but a USER temp/tmp
