In this case the COSP GETTEMPPATH only works when the USR TMP path is 8 characters or less.
c:\1\2\3\4 works
c:\1\2\3\4\5 does not
If USER TMP is more than 8 characters it cannot find the directory and does its normal fallback to the next SYSTEM TMP setting.
