Upon further research, it looks like Qspool is getting confused as to where to physically print(LP?) the job.
Because we are using the "?" option in the PRINTER/COMET.INI file, this message(Job Has Been Added To Print Queue) is appearing BEFORE a physical printer has been selected. At this point it appears that Qspool is actually printing a job in background, at the time of the message. Generally the customer can just ask to print the job again and it prints. So it looks like, at least on the surface, that Qspool needs to ask for the Physical Printer(LP?), then add the job to the Print Queue of the selected printer?
