This means that qspool thinks there is already a background job in progress that's unspooling the spool you selected to the printer you selected. In this case it will just add the jobs you selected to the list of jobs being processed by that background job. So the first thing to do is check to see if indeed you see qspool2 running in background some place and if it's either errored out or waiting for something. If you don't see qspool2 then it looks like something got left out of whack. Check the #PTR file. When the unspool process is running it will EXTRACT the record in this file for the destination printer. See if you get an E33 if you try to read the records in MAINT. If you do maybe WhoHas can tell you which partition is using the printer. The queue file (a list of jobs waiting to be printed) will be called PrinterName+SpoolName+"FL". See if you can find that file. If you really don't think anyone is printing these jobs you can erase this file. It is built everytime you select a group of jobs for printing. Clearing up the EXTRACT and getting rid of any leftover queue file should solve the problem.
