QSpool-"Job Has Been Added To Print Queue"

Customer running latest Comet2007,CometSecurity,CometFileServe, REL,& UTL on Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP PRO workstations.
What does message "Job Has Been Added To Print Queue" mean in Qspool?
The Spool job does not get printed. In Qspool Status is blank associated to the Job.
Have this customer SYSGEN/COMET.INI printer section setup as: LP1,W,N,,PFONTC,;
98% of the time the printer selection and printout work fine, but once in awhile the above message appears.
When the operator goes into Qspool, selects the Job, answers the Qspool questions, gets to the Output Printer prompt and enters LP1. Most of the time the Windows Printer selection box pops up, the printer is selected, and the job prints.
But once in awhile the above message appears.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
The printer icon does not show in the system tray.
The job in the Spool printer has a blank for Status.
Generally the customer can go back into the Spool printer and restart the job. Last night they had to RESTART the workstation.
Need a little direction on how to resolve??
