Our customer, All-Systems, has been reporting that CA workstations stop responding periodically. There have been no reports of this in the past few days, but again it popped up. Here's what they sent us:

After no complaints for several weeks, the mysterious error 1265 at the Allsystems warhouses has returned. Attached is the comet log for Monday, 6/18.
The first 1265 occurs at 16:11.

I have attached the Comet Log. I don't understand enough to see that happened at 16:11.
