As for the toolbar, that's a problem that can easily be solved. The original version of UE that we released had the ability to setup the toolbar (in UEdit32.Ini) in advance from a setup program - that's no longer the case. The newer (version >= 9)UE allows you to configure your own toolbars putting any available command, including Comet commands, onto the new (or old) toolbar. Give it a try.
