With recent talk about the ? printer option and having not used it before. Thought I would give it a shot.
First: I have been unable to find any mention of it in the Sysgen documentation. If it is not there, I think this should be fixed.
Second: I have been unable to get it to work. When I print to the printer I get the Printer Selection Dialog, tell it okay. But nothing comes out the printer.
For testing I am trying to print to laser jet attached to the parallel port of my PC.
I am printing from CED
This is Full Comet Client (2007 b382)
I as using the following configuration
Printer=LWX,W,N,,?,,; (ALSO TRIED PRINTER=LWX,W,N,?,,,;)
When I print to the LWX printer COSP Debug shows..

I have a printer LPL
Printer=LPL,W,N,,#,,,;
Which prints just fine to the default windows printer,
which is the laserjet on my parallel port.

I also tried it as a RAW mode... using
Printer=LRW,W,N,,?:RAW,,;
That does not work at all, just get a message in CED saying the printer is not ready.

I have also tried it from a CA client on my PC.
Neither ? configuration works under CA, both get the same message in CED saying the Printer is not ready.
