OK, not sure what happened to my last post. It works fine in my office now. When I installed it at the customer they needed the Server version, apart from that I feel I have set it up exactly the same. However, Adobe is jumping in & displaying it and then pdfFactory tells me there is nothing to process, the same as when you have the display feature on that started this discission.Is there somewhere apart from Sysgen where I need to say we are using pdfFactory ?
