Only played with the server version. So I'm guessing.

Is this a pdfFactory/Adobe Acrobat combination or a pdfFactory/Adobe Reader combination. If the first, then you have to find the similar auto load feature in Acrobat and turn it off.

I use Adobe reader for PDF viewing but it only runs when I double click a PDF file.
