B16 Post Invoice Reports No Display

I've been tasked with helping suppor this database. I know almost nothing about it. When we try to run a bB16 Billing report or several R reports th einterface takes us nowhere. The database is on a server with clients connecting to it. We have reobooted and relaunched the server instances. What should I look for or try? At a complete loss. Any help would be greaty appreciated.
