Comet running as a service or start up task

We are ready to switch over to our new server which will also be the host for CAW (100 user license). On startup, we would like to automatically start the Comet session (host for CAW). From some of the dicussion found on the forum, we tried to run Comet as a Service under Task Scheduler on startup. The ini file that we found from the 2007 version of Comet was CometNTService.ini. Is this the correct file? The forum referenced CometAsService.ini. Did 2007 change the name? Could not find this ini file.
We did try running the CometNTService.ini and I have a copy of the ini file attached. It was running in the task scheduler but the users could not connect. We must be missing something.
Works fine when I login and start comet, just not thru the scheduler.

Would it be better to run this as a scheduled task under task scheduler or as a true service under windows services?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
