The E61 is a "Program not found" error. When combined with E99 it generally suggests that the network connection was lost. The first thing you should do is make sure you are up to date on both the Comet client and server software. The versions of the latest releases are posted at the top of the forum page. It's possible this might be related to the discussion about Windows Server 2003 SP2. If this applies to your configuration you may want to investigate trying the Microsoft suggested patches.
If you wish to look at the server log files you'll find them in your Comet Services folder - CFAMNetServe_date.log and CometSrvX.log, where "_date" is the date and "X" is a sequential number in the filename.
