The configuration is, latest software build, windows 2003 R2 with service pack 2 installed and all windows patches.
Services running are backup exec 11d, comet, and panasonic services for a copier, this is a member server, not running any other applications other than windows itself.
Hopefully we'll find something in common with these errors in the configuration.
Also after Comet has been running for an hour or so CFAM.exe jumps and stays about 24 to 25 percnet of cpu time, does not go idle
If anybody else has a similar configuration or notices something in common please let me know
