Different 9B error configuration.

One of 18 XP Pro SP2 workstations has been getting E61/61 , E11/61 etc on her workstation. Comet 2006/381 has been uninstalled and reinstalled by their IT guy. Server is Win2000. No new software on the workstation and no other problems but Comet. She typically has Outlook and Excel running.

Visited today and captured some log activity. Operator left E61/61 on the screen and I captured her CFAM log (see cfam1.txt). Stop and restarted Comet and quicky got another E61/61 error. Unusually fast, typically she gets 1-2 hours or even a day between crashes. Second log, cfam2.txt, has a whole list of 9B errors for IDFILE, which doesn't exist.

Startup log is clean.

Plan to return Monday and upgrade to latest.
