Comet Workstation uninstalled/reinstalled and COSW.INI renamed in case of corruption. User went several hours with and then got an E11/61. This morning she got a 9B/61.
What logs, server and workstation, do I want to post here. I have to give instructions to IT guy as I don't have remote access to the server or workstation.
If workstation has fixed IP, would changing it help?
Last step is to swap out PC.
