We are tryuing to install & configure Ultra Edit and Ultra Studio - Still evaluating both products and not sure if Studio will work properly with Comet.
I installed UE 13.20 and the IBComet package. I cannot open the Comet Startup Settings. The icon is there in the Advanced menu but it does nothing.
Tried on a different station to install UE Studio and the IB package will not install - says UE not installed. I read somewhere on here that someone had installed UE 12 with the IB package prior to installing UE 13. Does that solution work with the UE Studio?
I also notice that source lines including text string with hex strings in the form '@00@' would turn the colors to comment from there 'till the end of the source.
Looks like it is caused by the 'Nocase Escape Char = @' in the /L8"Internet Basic" line in the Wordfile.txt. What was the purpose of that ?
Also why is the /Ident Strings has "Else" but not "If" "Do" "For" "Else"? Not everyone uses "Then" but everyone uses "If".
By the way, putting "Else" in both the /Indent and /Unindent made very logical indentation.
