I have in the past week installed a demo of UE 13.20 to a "clean" PC and then did the IB Install.
After the IB install I do get the extra comet tools.
I found that I needed to go into the Tool Configuration of UE and for each tool, i.e Compile, Compile Project, etc. remove an extranneous quote mark at the beginning of the command line field for each tool.
For the Compile tool for example...
\Should be this..
"C:\Program Files\IDM Computer Solutions\UltraEdit-32\Console.Exe" /c "%F" /t /R%r
Not This
""C:\Program Files\IDM Computer Solutions\UltraEdit-32\Console.Exe" /c "%F" /t /R%r
I have not tried UE -Studio
