Vista/Text Printer

When I choose to print to my text based printer, a blank notepad document is launched. I checked my temp directory where the file is created and the text document is there with data in it. I am running the latest versions of everything on Vista Business Edition (XP works fine).

My ini has the printer set up as:
Printer = LPT,X ,N, ,TXT,EXTPTR,;

I've attached the log messages from Cosp using the /debug option.
