I researched this at the FaxManJr (data-tech) website. They don't have a cover page editor of their own and recommend using the Microsoft Cover Page Editor. This is kind of tacky - especially since they're referring to a Windows 98 program. Try Googling an editor - I think you'll find something there (probably free). Also, data-tech shows the source for a simple VB program that can do the job if you're so inclined.
