Dos error in option 45

I have been searching the archives and I see this has happened before but I don't see any real resolution. So the same server that has the terminal server licensing on it gets the following error when running Dirmaint option 45 on the utility menu:
"DOS error opening Comet's CFIG File(CAHOST.CFG)"
Then the helpful:
"Press enter to abort Directory Maintenance"
