In Ultra Edit you should have a Comet toolbar or at the least the Comet tools (compile, etc.) in the advanced menu. One of those items is "Comet Settings" which when selected will allow you to configure UE so it knows how to start Comet (path to Cosw) and what command line arguments to use (Blind PW, etc).
