Dialog/DLL in an Extended Window

As it looks like the Numeric Edit control has some quirks using direct mode, I am looking at the DLL method.

Looking to either
A) Create an Extended window, and position it, then have the DLL autosized to the size of the extended window.

or

B) have row/column positioning of the DLL window.

I have not dug extensively for a solution.
Figured I'd ask before digging to much this time.
