Comet Anywhere HTML printing issue

I have 1 Comet Anywhere Client that cannot print to the HTML printer. All other clients work OK.

When this client prints to the HTML printer, the browser will not launch. If the browser is already open, it works ok, and the results appear in a new tab. If the broswer is not open, it won't launch.

The HTML file does copy down to the local machine. If I double click on it in Windows Explorer, the browser launches OK and the results display. However, it won't do it from Comet. Any ideas?
