Jim, We've set up the COSW.INI to have a path for CATEMP including %user%. After doing that we were able to start CometAnywhere in a single TS virtual desktop without error. We have not tested with multiple TS virtual desktops representing different users yet. What does "COSW does not deal with %user% properly" mean? If we cannot use %user% then how can we code each user's CATEMP uniquely if the single line exists in a single COSW.INI file?

BTW, the reason for this setup is because the network services provided did not want to setup a VPN. We are supposed to be cutting over to this server/network arrangement this weekend. We need to know if this is a solid environment or not before cutting over.
