An error 10 is a tcp/ip timeout. You should not be getting that especially with an in house server. Try using its ip address instead.

Those quotes are not used in the log statement in an email.ini file.

Try this ini file.....

log = email.log,tmp,cycle
server = 192.168.1.1
domain = locis.com
from = prclerk@locis.com
to = GREGORYLESTES@YAHOO.COM
subject = Your Payroll Information
user = greg
password = g*******
Test Message 2
Thanks and remember that timesheets are due on Thurdays by 5 pm.
