Hmmm...no go with:

log = EMAILLOG,REL (no log file being created anywhere)
server = NT2 (or 10.0.0.2 or mail.locis.com)
domain = locis.com
from = greg@locis.com
to = greg@locis.com
subject = Your Payroll Information
user = greg (or greg@locis.com or \\locisnew\greg)
password = g*****
test to bellsouth!!!!!

Running latest rel, utl and C2k7 with C type dirs. My mail works if I formulate it myself like:

CONNECT NT2 MAIL
HELO locis.com
MAIL FROM: GREG@locis.com
RCPT TO: GREG@LOCIS.COM
DATA
DATE: WED, 30 JAN 2008 12:55:02 GMT
From: "P/R Clerk"
Reply-To: "P/R Clerk"
To: ""
Subject: Your Payroll Information

Thanks and remember that timesheets are due on Thurdays by 5 pm.
