Updating Symantec 10.2 to 11.0

On a client's Windows Server 2003 R2. Currently running Symantec Enterprise version 10.2 as a server that auto updates all clients. New subscription requires version 11.0. Updating requires removing old Symantec Enterprise 10.2 before installing new Symantec Enterprise 11.0.
Can't be more concise than that. Symantec has 2 ZIP files, one 392 meg and another 162 meg that corresponds to CD1 and CD2. I've done this in the past, but never two CD's. Has anyone done this yet? If not, still going forward... I'll just do more reading off the internet tonight. Don't want to wipe out client PC protection if I can help it... Thanks ahead of time...
