Is the customer on the latest. I've noticed some improvement over the last few versions of Comet Serve.
What was the nature of the "crash". Comet or Windows. Did they reboot etc. Might give SSI some clues.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
