Server Time Function

It would be helpful for us to be able to do a DSTAT on the security server, and receive back some information, especially the TIME.

Here are some thoughts for data returned:

11 Bytes - Time on the Security Server HH:MM:SS:hh
8 Bytes - Processor ID # (Plug ID)
8 Bytes - Certificate Expiration Date YYYYMMDD
8 Bytes - XAP Expiration Date YYYYMMDD
1 Byte - Logins Blocked? (0/1)

Those are just some ideas, but the big thing for me is the ability to retrieve the time, to use as a consistent source for the time. Thoughts??
