Shouldn't the workstation time be synchronized with the Domain Controller or at least a single server running time service. By default I thought all Windows machine sync to the internet (time.windows.com) but all settings can be manually set (Google the Windows Time Server articles).

You have to mess up the HKLM\SYSTEMS\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters settings. You can create a reg file and "push" it at Windows logon, or even at Comet startup (see QSTARTX & ShellExecute).
