I don't know why everyone seems to be ignoring the change I made recently. Instead of trying to modify or relocate cosw.ini, why not configure the catemp dir alias with a windows environment variables. Try %USERPROFILE%\CAFILES\CATEMP for example.

At one point this did not work, but I believe it works now. Please try it and let me know if you have any problems.
