The biggest problem, the major flaw in CmtHelpD (with the glaring exception of its name), is that the search is so very 1980s. The search will only find records that match in the first N bytes of the argument variable. Or, in English, you can't look for BLUE in your item file and find every item that is blue no matter where in the description the word appears -- first, last or in between.
Modern computer systems don't work that way and neither should we.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
