1) I thought I had a long term relationship with the customer who now refuses to pay.
2) Comet subscriptions have nothing to do with this dispute. He claims the program I wrote/revised does not work, refuses to install the latest version and will not pay because the program does not work!
3) I have always provided customers with detail to backup my bills. See Timeslips if you're interested. It makes a nice looking invoice; it's too expensive today which is why I'm still running the 2004 version!
4) I've never has a one project relationship with a customer. [The phrase "one night stand" leaps to mind.]
5) Are you suggesting that I'm not being paid because I lied? Wow, that's a strong allegation. And nasty don't you think?
6) A question for Keith: Does your keyboard have an ENTER key??
