Recently had a customer call that was having problems printing a Report(Comet Reporter). This Report had ran in the past. Discovered that the file being accessed was an "image" file. However the "image" flag(check mark) in DB Manager was missing. Tried to put the "image flag check mark" back into the file definition of DB Manager, but the field was grayed out.
Customer is currently using REL 608.394 & UTL 08.07.
I loaded UTL 09.01 but "image flag box" was still grayed out in DB Manager.
I had to pull the original #Files and re-convert in DB Manager.
Is this a known issue?
Is there an easier fix then re-convert old #Files?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
