Hi Bruce. Although I haven't printed barcode myself, I do know that there are Windows fonts available from various suppliers that you can use in your IB programs. The load just like any other font. If you do a Google search for "Windows Barcode Font" you should get a whole bunch of leads. I know that Stan Nelson (Topspin Computers), Jim Barbaruolo (Kumquat), and Tom Fulton (PDF Systems) are using barcode fonts in just this manner. If you find a font and need help using them please let me know and I'll gladly help.
