Using PCL you can create a PCL Macro that would contain your form and could be just a simple call.
Using Windows, I believe you have to repeat everything every time. Also an interesting note here for Lasers on Windows: I noticed that on some printers, the PostScript driver is much faster than the native PCL drivers. Don't know why. If you use your HP compatible lasers in PCL mode, you are sending RAW data, so it does not matter which Windows driver is installed.
If your printer is a networked printer, you also may want to look at using the Unix printing aka as LPR Port instead of the Standard TCP/IP port. The difference of performance is incredible.
