Latest Sec/DB server

- One windows xp workstation with 3 users (profiles)
- One of the user profiles can access comet (the profile also successfully loads the sec/db server)
- The other two users get "Create Pipe failed" message and sec/db server does not load and of course comet can not run.
- This worked with 8.03 version of Sec/DB server.

Any suggestions?
