Comet 2010 and Win7/Server7

FYI: because of the same code base, Microsoft has named (internally) Win7 and Server 2008 R2 as Windows 7 and Server 7.

Anyway, what's the "issue" that makes Comet2010 compatable with Win7 and Server 7. And, Comet 2009 not.
