cAPS lOCK and sHIFT

Apparently Win7 has some facilities for dealing with cAPS lOCK and sHIFT. So I wondered what was available in Vista. A little Googling lead me to a setting way, way, way deep in Control Panel and I thought I'd pass it on.
Control Panel ->> Change keyboard (Regional Language) ->>Keyboards and Languages->>Change keyboards ->> Advanced Key Settings ->>turn off Caps Lock.
Whew.
M$ could have made it harder if they really tried!
