Tongue in cheek. Over on the left side of my keyboard I have a "Caps Lock" key. I find that a lot easier to use than the "Control Panel ->> Change keyboard (Regional Language) ->>Keyboards and Languages->>Change keyboards ->> Advanced Key Settings ->>turn off Caps Lock" method.

What does this setting do? Disable the key?
