Comet on a Mac

OK, I know this has been mentioned in the past, but I have not found anything very recent. Has ANYONE been able to get Comet or Comet Anywhere running on the Mac? I know it is possible through VMWare or Parallels, but the whole point would be to avoid Windows!

I ran across a program (CrossOver for Mac by CodeWeavers) that has allowed me to run some of my other programs on the Mac, even though they are Windows programs. When I try installing Comet, it appears to install fine, but when launching it, there are some activeX issues?????

If anyone has had success, or wants to try this out, I would love to hear some results.
