CometAnywhere Printing...>

Hi All. I have an end-user installing CometAnywhere on a Vista machine. The PC has an HP printer in its Printers folder, printing a Test Page works fine. I have redirected printing to this printer and established a Normal & Compressed system font. Whenever I access the printer via a printer designator ( in this case LC9 ) I get "Printer Unavailable or Not On Line". Does this have something to do with UAC or permissions?
