Comet 32 Compile error

I did a copy & paste of the SQL1.IBS sample program in UE (v15.20.0.1022), registered the file and tried to compile using Comet32 411.

I get an error 'Dir not found for pathname: ...' (See attached picture)

The source file was re-open from within Comet to be sure.

Server is running 9.03

Tried with Compile options:

! //IB//

and with

! //IB// Src(SQL1.IBS,Y2K) Obj(SQL1,Y2K) Opt(L)

What am I doing wrong?
